Our property inspection services include regular assessments twice yearly for managed properties with maintenance checks available for non-clients as well, ensuring that residential properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards, protecting both investments and tenant well-being.

Client Investment Review
Our property inspection services include regularly scheduled meetings with our clients at their discretion to assess how current property investments are performing, property and tenant updates and prospective future investment goals, market trends, and future deal evaluation and analysis.

Handyman and Maintenance Services
We offer reliable handyman services for residential properties, addressing repairs and maintenance tasks promptly, ensuring that homes remain in excellent condition and enhancing the overall living experience for tenants while protecting owner investments.
Rates
Our affordable rates vary based on factors typical in the industry, namely the type, size, location and condition of the properties contained in a portfolio. What is different is we focus on smaller scale properties and portfolios at market competitive rates giving the attention, service and cost scales to everyday investors that is difficult to find with large regional property managers catering to hundreds or thousands of diverse holdings.
While management rates are negotiable based on the factors mentioned above, the base management Fees average 8% of lease revenue. This inclusive rate covers tenant communications, collection of lease revenues and disbursement of obligations and owners cash flow, handling maintenance and repairs, regular property statements of activity, twice annual walkthroughs of each property to ensure good property condition and of course regularly scheduled client meetings to address any concerns you may have.
Any additional fees or costs associated with onboarding, leasing, required maintenance or other special circumstance are outlined up-front in the customized client agreements with a rate sheet specific to each property being managed.
